Work directly with CEO and founder to develop influencer + social strategy and create online brand identity that resonates with Millennial/Gen Z target audiences
Build social platforms organically, grew Instagram from 900 to 47k+ followers within 18 months
Track and analyze social media growth across all channels and set benchmark KPIs that can be used to identify holes in content pillars and strategy
Identify social and industry trends to strategize engaging and educational content for social graphics and short form video
Create and manage flexible content calendar to align with calendar year, seasonality, sales, campaigns, and product launches
Establish influencer strategy and build strong relationships with key industry influencers that encourages community engagement and drives UGC across all channels
Shoot and edit hero and supplemental images for DTC + Retailer product pages
